When the Germans took vacations Strength through Joy during the Third Reich, had to pay for them?
I know that the Third Reich had a program called Strength through Joy, who always leave (both domestic and international), concerts, plays and other events to entertain the German people. However, I wondered if the holidays are free to the people who led or if you just get discounts that allowed them to go. Does anyone here knows?
I'm sure they had to pay for the costs, similar like today, what some churches offer for travel.
