I need some good tips for a muscle strain?
I had a pulled muscle in the back below the shoulder for days. I have been using Tiger Balm pain patches, which help, but I can only use 3 a day. Do you have any tips for me to help heal the muscle?
Massage and moist heat. Bands are hot when you stretch them, they become hot. Only time will cure everything else only relieves the pain. Take a couple of aspirin as well.
