My brother left his wife and daughter?
My brother (bless him) married a con artist. She goes through men faster than most people change their underwear. It was in July 07 and left him in debt with nothing but the clothes on his back and his daughters. Now she is saying if it does not give the money to come "kidnap" (I know that she is the mother but she doesn't care about the baby this is the 4th child to left) says he'll hijack it for what it is trying to figure out what steps to take next. Money is scarce since it came just before he fired left (also known as the money ran out it was her) knows he needs to file for divorce, but there's more you can do? She has 3 children, some by other men, a computer record, and the only thing keeping her face now is that he has received orders …. I mentioned that is a convicted felon? Yes we have been fooled great …… none of us had any idea what this woman is psycho. Thanks for any help!
Wow, that sounds hard. I think your brother should go to police station and file a temporary restraining order based on their criminal background and threats she has made. should be able to direct him to legal aid to help gain custody settled. must be able to present the "abandonment" charges on her since she left and never returned. who along with his criminal history should give a very good chance at full custody. than … I would suggest to compile the evidence against him. document each call made to him, especially if she is just calling to threaten him, and not asking about the welfare of her niece, when you talk to him. this goes to its purpose and should be brought in court. you should get a recorder that can be attached to your home phone … are very cheap and totally worth it. I hope that works for you. Tell your brother to resign!
