Where can I buy a 13 1 / 2 by 39 inch poster frame in Pittsburgh?
I'm having trouble finding a cheap under billboard Pittsburgh …. Store suggestions? The ones I've seen are too small …. usually 11 to 36. I do not want to reduce as the poster. Thank you!
You do not. That's not a standard size. Michael is the custom framing, but not cheap.
