Naval Division

The U.S. Navy SEALS were established in 1962 and are seen by many military experts as the leading maritime commando unit in the world. Missions teams Navy SEAL include;
– Support for conventional military operations
– Operations against terrorism
– Clandestine and covert special operations
– The strategic reconnaissance and information gathering operations
– Missions of direct action such as raids, hostage rescue and the arrest of high-value enemy personnel, terrorists and war criminals.
– All missions require SEAL insertion / extraction capabilities by sea, air and land techniques based methods.
Prospective candidates must graduate from seal underwater demolition basic / SEAL (BUD / S) located at the Base Naval Coronado, Coronado, California. This six-month long is perhaps the most physically demanding in the U.S. Army and some say no same throughout the world. Dropout rates are high – historically, only 30% of those entering BUD / S STAMPS manage to be fully qualified.
Leaders Navy SEALs have conducted numerous studies in an attempt to find common personality traits, characteristics and experiences shared by those who graduate BUD / S and seals. A group has always stood out among the rest – Candidates with a background in amateur wrestling past historically BUD / S at a rate much higher that all populations of another candidate. Experienced Navy SEALs, many of them former wrestlers believe that wrestling requires that many of the same individual qualities required to successfully complete BUD / S and to act as a complete Navy SEAL. They cite qualities like mental and physical strength, work ethic and dedication, endurance, self-sufficiency and ability to perform under the pressure of being some of the traits shared by the top fighters of success and Navy Seals alike.
The fighters are considered by many as the world's toughest athletes and it is no surprise to members of the wrestling community than their peers enjoying great success during the formation of the Navy SEAL and SEAL operations while serving in units. An active duty Navy Seal, which can not be named in this article, was an All-American NCAA as a college wrestler, placing 5, 3rd and 3rd in the Division I national tournament. He believes that "the transition from wrestler to Navy SEAL naturally both mentally and physically "and that his many years of struggle he was directly responsible for successfully graduating BUD / S and eventually become a SEAL Navy. His message to all young people with high school and college wrestling experience is to visit or call the Navy recruiter and ask for the nearest Specific information about the Navy SEAL program.
