Krav Maga is a modern self defense system that uses aggressive hand to hand combat skills to the streets and other fighting techniques to defend themselves against violent attacks. Krav Maga believed to have existed since 1930. Imi Lichtenfeld is credited with the creation of this form of self-defense in the 1930s.
