Why Philippine heroes were not considered as the villains of Phil governing bodies during his time?
is this the way to recognize a hero Phil? must be a villain in Philippine society not people who sacrifice their lives for most Filipinos as the military or people from NGOs.
In most societies, we have the elite (those in power) and the large broad-based compound of the governed (the oppressed, the weak). Heroes generally embody the ideals of the poor majority. Are being looked up as saviors. So the elite, the heroes are the villains who must be silenced and crushed. We all know what could happen if these heroes could lead the people to clamor for a better government. It's all in our history books.
