I read on a website: It is better to drink ice water, compared with warm water. Because, The article said that ice water forces your body to warm up your body temperature. In doing so, you burn extra calories! Can this be true? If so, then why the Chinese always so thin? I've seen most of them in hot water ',' all day! Thanks in advance for your response. no, that does not make any sense. according to this logic, eating ice cubes would be healthy. Americans in general, drink icy drinks, but still the fattest
